Virtual Assistants are administration officers who work remotely, providing general or specialised administration support to their clients, generally they are sole traders with their own ABN.
Virtual Assistants can assist with administrative tasks usually carried out by office administrators, personal and executive assistants. This may include answering phones, managing emails, accounts receivables, data entry and so much more.

Engaging with a new Virtual Assistant can sometimes feel overwhelming and we understand that every business has their own specific needs and priorities. We are here to support you and take on those tasks that may stressing you out, taking up more time than you have or the work you’re just not interested in.
We are Australian based and are all about supporting Australian businesses and families. Yes, you can probably find a cheaper option overseas, but why take the risk when you can engage an Aussie who has over 20 years’ experience working in various administrative roles and who knows and understands Australian business.
First Choice Business operates Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700, however if you need work completed outside of these hours, please contact us directly and we can discuss your needs in detail.
We use the complete Microsoft Office suite as well as Google Business Applications. We have licenses for Canva, Adobe Professional as well as licenses for Zoom, MS Teams and Google Meets. If you use a specific application or program, we are more than happy to use this as well.
We use Drobox to ensure files are shared securely and are managed in real time. We also have One Drive, Google Drive and again, if there is a service you currently use and wish to continue using, we can accommodate this as well.
If you have a VoIP service, you can simply create a new user profile and set this as your first point of contact or add it to a hunt group. If you are usually a standard phone service, a simple phone redirect will need to be set up. Alternatively, we can help you create a virtual number and manage this for you directly.
There are several options for managing your inbox, these include creating desktop copies of your account or access it directly through the cloud. Whichever option you choose, your information is kept private and secure and using password managers means no passwords are shared.
